Return Eligibility:

  1. Unopened and Unused Products: Items such as lights, batteries, and accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs, provided they are in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
  2. Opened or Damaged Packaging: If the packaging of the product is damaged or has been opened, a 20% restocking fee will be The product must still be unused and returned within the 30-day period to qualify for a refund, excluding shipping costs.
  3. Used Products: Products that appear to be used or show signs of usage can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a 50% refund, excluding shipping costs. Products must pass a functionality test before a refund is issued.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 727-442-2300 or sales@bigbluedivelights.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and whether the product is unopened, opened, or used
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. This RA number must be included with your returned items.
  3. Packaging and Shipping: Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during return Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. Include your name and return shipping address in the package. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to our warehouse at 1710 N Hercules Ave Suite 103 Clearwater, FL 33765. Items must be received within 15 business days of the assigned RA number.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect the product to verify its If the product meets the return criteria (unopened, opened, or used as described above), we will process your refund accordingly. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed
