Bigblue Dive Lights Warranty Program – Effective November 2024
Bigblue Dive Lights USA will offer the following warranty coverage on lights purchased through an authorized dealer in the USA, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico:
1. Lights Warranty: All Bigblue Dive Lights come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. An additional one-year warranty extension is available upon registration via our website, providing up to two years of coverage for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from physical abuse, or the use of non-Bigblue branded batteries. Bigblue Dive Lights batteries are manufactured with proprietary safety circuits, and the use of other brands may compromise safety and functionality. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
2. Batteries Warranty & Care: Bigblue Dive Lights batteries and battery packs come with a six-month warranty from the date of purchase. An additional six-month warranty can be obtained by registering your battery at the time of purchase.
Warranty Coverage & Conditions:
– The warranty applies exclusively to the original retail purchaser and is valid only for products used under normal and intended use. It is non-transferable and does not apply to commercial or rental use.
– To make a warranty claim due to a manufacturing defect, please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting us via phone at 727.442.2300 or emailing sales@bigbluedivelights.com.
– All returns must include the light, battery, charger, a copy of the original purchase receipt, the RA number, and contact information for proper tracking and return processing.
